Venture Showcase 2023 Hero Image

UBC is home to a thriving community of entrepreneurs creating groundbreaking impact through research and innovation.

As one of the top 40 research universities in the world, UBC attracts global leaders who are leveraging their insights and discoveries to solve some of the most pressing problems we are facing today across climate, human health, and social impact. Meet them at this year’s Venture Showcase!

Last year we welcomed 400 attendees including funders, industry partners, academic collaborators and community members: Join us November 29 for the 2023 Venture Showcase to meet entrepreneurs from our community who are set to be the next generation of leaders in impact and innovation.

The Venture Showcase features teams across our pipeline ranging from up and coming ‘Sneak-a-Peek’ teams at the outset of their journeys in incubation, ‘Ones-to-Watch’ ventures who are in the middle of commercialization and ‘Ready-to-Raise’ HATCH Venture Builder* teams gaining traction at the acceleration stage. Presenting ventures will have booths to connect with our audience before and after the event, demoing their solutions and impact. The Showcase will give you an opportunity to network with our e@UBC community, connect with our venture teams and our wider innovation ecosystem.

This event will happen in person at UBC Robson Square from 4-8pm.

Registration is now open! Click here or scroll down the page to register for your tickets.
