From climate solutions and human health transformations to technological advancements and social impact, UBC is a rich bedrock of innovation home to entrepreneurs generating impacts through research and discoveries. Last year’s showcase welcomed 400 attendees including funders, industry partners, academic collaborators and community members to celebrate entrepreneurship and innovation. This year, we look forward to welcoming you once again to meet our thriving community of early-stage ventures leading the future of industries at our 2021 Venture Showcase
The 2021 Venture Showcase will feature ventures in three different categories: Ones-to-Watch from the incubation phase of entrepreneurship@UBC, Sneak-a-Peek, those who have begun commercializing their innovations, have demonstrated traction and will be looking to fundraise in 2022 and HATCH Ready-to-Raise at the acceleration stage, have market traction and are currently raising, or will be raising, in the Spring of 2022.
